This will include elements such as drainage, parking, pedestian access, site elavation and detailed plans for scale and orientation of buildings and structures.

Preparation of all planning drawings required for the proposal

Full dimensional site survey

Preparation of Design & Access statements where required

Submission of planning applications to the Local Authority

Monitoring the application and liaising with the planning department
